Carlos’ Alcaraz younger brother made highlight reels with his title at the U15 event at the Murcia Challenger on Sunday.
Jaime Alcaraz, 14, converted championship point by winning an incredible rally in which he was scrambling all over the court — reminiscent of the current world No. 1.
“I’m just happy to see my little brother playing those tournaments the same as I played when I was his age,” Carlos said last year while Jaime was competing in the prestigious Les Petits As event. “I’m just trying to support him, being supportive [of] him, (and) trying to [take away] all the pressure that people put on him.”
There are four bothers in total. Alvaro, the oldest one, travels full time with Carlos. Sergio, in between Carlos and Jaime in age, plays soccer.
