“Roger Federer is keeping the due date for his third child quiet but says it could potentially affect his playing schedule.
Federer and his wife, Mirka, have twin girls and announced that they were expecting another addition to the family this year.
“We’ll see. It’s clearly a top priority for me, being there and being supportive at one of the most incredible experiences,” Federer told reporters ahead of Miami. “That’s why I wouldn’t want to miss it for the world.”
I’m surprised Federer has opted to play MC. It’s hardly his happiest hunting ground. The last two occasions he showed up there to chase ranking points he lost to Wawrinka in the 3rd round (2009) and Melzer in the QF (2011).
Winning RG is definitely his top priority as he will get a double career slam. I am convinced the draw at last RG was rigged in favor of Fed and against Rafa but happily his back, or whatever it was, had the last word.
Now he is playing better so maybe he will again try for it depending on how he does in the Masters.
A Swiss bank is doing it for him!
I have thought sometimes (when listening to ‘promotional activities’ of TV commentators) if they have accounts in Swiss bank(s).
