Round-robin groups announced at Nitto ATP Finals draw ceremony

The stage is set for the 2023 Nitto ATP Finals in Turin after the draw ceremony was conducted on Thursday afternoon. Here is how it shook out:

Green Group
Novak Djokovic
Jannik Sinner
Stefanos Tsitsipas
Holger Rune

Red Group
Carlos Alcaraz
Daniil Medvedev
Andrey Rublev
Alexander Zverev

Opening round-robin matches will see the No. 1 seed face the No. 4 seed in each group, with the middle seeds also going head-to-head. That means Djokovic will kick off his campaign against Rune on either Sunday or Monday. Other matchups on the first two days of the tournament will be Sinner vs. Tsitsipas, Alcaraz vs. Zverev, and Medvedev vs. Rublev.

The eight-day event begins on Sunday, November 12 and concludes with the singles and doubles finals on Sunday, November 19.
