Djokovic wins, speaks in Arabic

Novak Djokovic overcame a break deficit in each set to beat Leonardo Mayer 6-3, 7-5 in the quarterfinals of the Qatar ExxonMobil Open on Thursday. Afterward, Djokovic said a few words in Arabic to the crowd.

The world No. 1 started in English before addressing some of his Serbian fans in their native tongue. He then concluded by saying, “I’m happy here in Qatar” in Arabic.
