Christopher Eubanks already has two matches under his belt at the Miami Open heading into first-round action on Thursday, as he qualified for the main draw with victories over Abdullah Shelbayh and Lukas Klein. That is especially an advantage since Kudla has no such confidence at the moment.
Kudla lost right away in both Indian Wells qualifying and at the Phoenix Challenger. He has won only two main-draw matches at the ATP level in 2023–in the Australian Open first round and the Delray Beach first round.
Eubanks won their only previous meeting in three sets on hard courts at the Orlando Challenger in 2020. Another victory in Florida should be incoming for him.
Pick: Eubanks in 3
