  1. I tried to give you a flavour of being there. I only have a Cannon SX270 Digital and I had to take all the photos from my seat. The trophy ceremony was facing the Royal Box, sadly, I wasn’t there but I was close enough that’s why my photos have a side view of the ceremony.

This was a fantastic experience. I have been to a few live tennis tournaments and seen Rafa play live a number of times, but n the Middle East, they tend to be very easy going and it enabled me to get a lot of photos that I wouldn’t otherwise be able to get. The Media Pass in Abu Dhabi was the cream on the cake! Thanks ever so much Ricky. You can now pick whoever you like against Rafa and I won’t say a word. Lol

    • holdserve as you can see I only had a side view of the presentation and I also had to negotiate my shots around the official photographers, organizers, VIPs and other camp followers who surrounded him, to get a picture so I didn’t manage the biting of the trophy. Some of my pictures are out of focus because I was just snapping at will hoping for the best.

It was indeed an awesome experience that I hope you will get a chance to experience one day.
