Andy Murray is a ladies man–at least according to fellow British player Heather Watson.
Murray and Watson beat France in a decisive mixed doubles match at the Hopman Cup earlier this week. The second-ranked Scot took care of Kenny De Schepper before Watson fell to Caroline Garcia, thus setting the stage for some all-important doubles. A hard-fought affair saw the Great Britain duo prevail 6-2, 5-7, 10-6.
Even more entertainment was to be had afterward, when Watson called her partner “a ladies man.”
“I didn’t know that,” Murray interjected.
But the two-major champion also seemed to agree, admitting that he has always communicated better with women–albeit his mom and his grandmother–than men.
