2024 U.S. Open: Guide to Tickets, Prices, and Tournament Dates

Can you believe the 2024 U.S. Open is only about 3 months away? As a result, many of the best online betting sites already have odds for the championship, which is scheduled to start on August 26 and run through September 8 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens, NY.

It’s hard to blame people for being excited about the 2024 U.S. Open tennis tournament after what happened during it last year. Novak Djokovic and Coco Gauff took home the men’s and women’s U.S. Open titles and kept tennis fans on the edges of their seats while they each worked their way through the U.S. Open schedule. They’ll both be looking to repeat the success they had at last year’s U.S. Open in 2024.

Want to get in on all the action at the U.S. Open this season? It would be a good idea to work on securing U.S. Open tickets now before they sell out. A bunch of great ticket options are available, including single sessions, day sessions, and ground passes for the event.

These tickets start at just $91 for some of the matches early on at the U.S. Open before rising to $225 for the final matches of the tournament. But they won’t last long, so it’s important to purchase tickets as soon as you can before they’re all sold out due to extremely high demand.

If you’ve never been to the U.S. Open before and want to experience it without breaking the bank, buying tickets for first-round matches might be the right move to make. Men’s and women’s first-round matches are scheduled for August 26 and 27 with gates at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center opening at 9:30 a.m. EST and matches starting at 11:00 am EST on these days. If you have a little more room in your budget, buying tickets to the start of the Round of 16, which begins on September 1, might be the better option.

But if you can afford to do it, the real draw at the 2024 U.S. Open will be the semifinals and, of course, the final matches. The women’s U.S. Open semifinal matches will take place on September 5 with the men’s semifinal matches coming a day later on September 6. They’ll lead right into the women’s final match at 4:00 pm EST on September 7 and the men’s final match at 2:00 pm EST on September 8.

There are also doubles matches that’ll definitely be worth watching scattered throughout the schedule, too. The first round of both the men’s and women’s doubles begins on August 28 with the men’s and women’s doubles quarterfinals starting on September 3. The women’s doubles semifinals are then scheduled for September 4 with the women’s doubles final slated for September 5. The men’s doubles semifinals, meanwhile, start on September 5 with the men’s doubles final scheduled for September 7.

Whether you’re only able to catch a random first-round matchup at the 2024 U.S. Open or you make your way to a U.S. Open final, you’ll quickly see why there isn’t anything else quite like U.S. Open tennis.
