Week 4 of the 2026 NFL season will begin with a bang. It’s Thursday Night Football between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns, a huge showdown in the AFC North with all four teams in that division sporting 2-1 records through three games.

Let’s dive into my Steelers vs. Browns predictions.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cleveland Browns odds

Money line: Steelers -148 / Browns +124
Spread: Steelers -2.5 (-120) / Browns +2.5 (+100)
Total: Over 38.5 (-105) / Under 38.5 (-115)

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cleveland Browns best bet #1: Browns +2.5 (+100)

Don’t look now, but Cleveland has won two games in a row. Does new head coach Todd Monken have the secret sauce?!?! What he has is Deshaun Watson at quarterback, and Monken is winning games despite that fact. The truth is that Watson has actually looked like a competent NFL quarterback over the past couple of weeks, throwing for 382 yards with four touchdowns and zero interceptions. The Clemson product is completing 68.3 percent of his passes in 2026. Let’s not confuse Watson with being some kind of star at this point, but he doesn’t have to be when his team is so good on the other side of the ball. Myles Garrett may be gone, but defensive tackle Mason Graham has already compiled four sacks. And it’s not like Garrett left for nothing; Cleveland acquired defensive end Jared Verse from the Rams in exchange.

The Browns’ pass rush could be problematic for Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers, who is not exactly mobile at this stage of his career. Carolina signal-caller Bryce Young, whom Cleveland faced last weekend, was sacked four times, hit eight times, and had five passes deflected. In their last five visits to Cleveland, the Steelers have scored six, 19, 10, 17, and 15 points — and they are 0-4 in their last four as visitors in this rivalry matchup.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cleveland Browns best player prop bet: Quinshon Judkins Over 71.5 rushing + receiving yards (-115)

The Browns’ running back was kept under wraps for the first two games, but he had 18 carries for 70 yards against Carolina in Week 3. It’s also worth noting that Judkins has been effective in his team’s passing game, catching all nine of his targets for 53 yards — including five receptions for 27 yards against the Bucs.

Judkins now meets a Steelers run defense has been mediocre so far, giving up 113.1 yards per game on 4.3 yards per carry. Pittsburgh has also let opposing RBs make 13 receptions for 110 yards. In what will likely be a conservative offense with Watson facing a formidable Steelers defense (especially a dangerous pass rush), expect the former Ohio State standout to see plenty of volume.
