The eighth and final spot at the year-end championship is still in play between Auger-Aliassime and Musetti. Auger-Aliassime moved into qualifying position with a runner-up performance at the Paris Masters, but Musetti will regain it and clinch his place in Turin if he wins the Athens title this week.
The Nitto ATP Finals are Sunday, November 9 through Sunday, November 16 at Inalpi Arena.
