I’m watching last year’s RG final right now. To think that Rafa was world #1 this time last year. Rafa has had to cope with many adversities in his career. I really admire him for his tenacity in keeping the show on the road in spite of all he has to cope with..

The Rafa Nadal Foundation held its first international charity gala in Paris on Saturday, in collaboration with Richard Mille (watchmaker). 400 people were in attendance at the event, among them Eric Babolat (the boss of Babolat) and Tommy Hilfiger (fashion designer).

Fernando Alonso is correct. In November 2013, Rafa received the Best Spanish Athlete In History Award (voted by readers of the Spanish newspaper MARCA ). 🙂

Did you guys read this? Roger was as usual diplomatic and said a lot without explicitly saying anything but Stan? Seriously Rafa, you should stop practising with Stan, he is nobodys friend.
Why has this come as a surprise to the media and the players. Nadal told Bernardes on court that he didn’t want him to take any of his matches again because he had had enough and Bernardes hasn’t umpired him since. That was way back in February.
If you make someone undress on court in front of millions of viewers all over the world, that’s disrespect.
