  1. Maaaa…n, Medvedev is fighting back strongly now and has won the 2nd set.

Looks like Foginini’s steamy fog is evaporating in the Sydney heat and is able to see thru Fog’s plan!

I had put a little on the over a day or 2 ago and it will also hit now! But my huge bet of +1.5 Fogs has already hit!

Let’s eat the watermelon (Melo) and cool ourselves now that it is getting super hot in Sydney!lol

  2. Guys, eventho I am a biii…g fan of this Italian showman(Fognini) I never trusted that he will win this match. Hence just went with +1.5 sets Fognini b$$$$….g and over and won b$$$$….g!lol

The reason why I didn’t go with Fogs is because he is older, has a left injured leg(knee) which will start deteriorating as he plays more matches, because of the size, reach and power disadvantage of Fogs, because of his mental instability etc. besides Maaaa….d Medvedev is in in great form ever since his good run in the St. Petersberg Tourney!

    • I was betting live on a soccer match and I mistakenly placed a huge bet on a particular team and the won 2-3 😂, hurrah, hurrah, woo-hoo😂.

I almost had a heart attack, I knew the might win but I wanted to place a small amount and I mistakenly went big.

I didn’t cashout because my betting site wasn’t offering me a good amount, as the match was rounding up the offered me a good amount but refused to take it 😋😋😋😂.

      😂 hurrah x3!

  3. Anyone here has a prediction for the WTA Final in sydney? kerber has been playing tremendous so far however barty did beat her quite convincingly last time out just a couple of months ago. Any thoughts guys?

    • Aaron NOT Rodgers!(Sorry if you really are “Aaron Rodgers” from Green Bay Packers who is trying to make some money after losing tons of money in NFL by being injured!lol)

Aaron, especially in tennis the past is NOT an indicator of today’s performance! Current performance or form (of last 1 or 2 weeks) is a better indicator of today’s performance. Going by that Kerber should win. I am going Kerber ML(big) and -2.5 Kerber (medium).

People here blindly went with Del Potro’s past H2H performance and many lost their complete bank balance or rent money etc. Over was the best bet in that match today as both are past champions and were guaranteed to fight tooth-n-nail until the last game of the 3rd set! DelPO is still not in his top form, so could not go DelPO ML. But just hit the over.

Over possible in the Sydney Final match but it is not guaranteed as Barty is weak in rallies and her serve is inconsistent so far. But a Kerber win I think is kinda guaranteed considering her consistent superb form in 2018. But in tennis shit can happen (unexpected upsets like the upset of Lesya Tsurenko by Mihaela Buzarnescu yesterday @Hobart)!

But going with the over in the Men’s Sydney International Final between the Teen sensation Alex De Minaur and the Russian killer Daniil Medvedev. Going small with +1.5 sets Medvedev. Have a strong feeling that will upset the Kid Minaur as he has the stronger serve, more experience and has that Russian ” Putinesque” toughness in him. A small bet on Medvedev ML just for fun sake but it can hit.

I am liking Kerber to win as she is in great form winning 8 matches and bull dozing all opposition since the start of 2018. Looks like Kerber is on a mission to become World No.1 and is playing like World No.1.

With this kind of form she should beat Ashley Barty is struggling to find top form. But Barty is showing glimpses of excellence (sometimes very good serves in 1 set and good returns in the other) but is still very inconsistent. If Barty can play a powerful serving game holding 95% of her serve and not losing in the rallies, then she can win with 100% home crowd support.

But with Kerber (soon to become World No.1) playing at such a high consistent level with good serving and killer returning, Kerber is favored to win the Sydney International final today.

Barty will definitely try to raise her level (if she does then the over and the decider set should materalize else it will be a 2:0 win for Kerber like he smashingly won over Camila Giorgi Yesterday in the SF, who was injured though hampering her cat like movement!) and make it a tough hard fought match with the help of 100% Aussie support.

  4. Del potro over Agut in 2: Del po won their last 3 matches and has yet to drop a set. Agut is probably still tired from tough three setter with haase too.
De minaur over medvedev in 3: De minaur is playing extremely well right now, shouldl be able to get his first title.

  5. F. Fognini is playing H. Zeballos in the 1st round of AO, Fognini should win 😠😠😠!

Stan, Zeballos is a dangerous opponent who has defeated even Nadal also if I am right. Fogs should win with his 3:0 H2H adv. These being very old (2011 and older) can be ignored looking into just the current conditions.

With Fogs being tired, injured (left knee) and demotivated from his last loss to Medvededv, this can be a 3 set match. Zeballos is well rested with fresh legs. Over should hit here as we can expect to fight hard with his Italion stallion fighting spirit for atleast half the match with his injured leg and push the over.

    • Guesto, Kerber will not win AO. Because she will be tooooooo……..tired from playing 8 TOUGH matches in 2 weeks since 2018.

One of these 4 will win the AO. ie., 1) Elina Svitolina 2) Julia Goerges 3) Simona Halep or 4) Wozniacki…in that order. Giving 60% chance to 1) and 2) to win AO considering that BOTH Svitolina & Goerges are the most improved players in 2017/18 , BOTH are well rested and are playing with great form at a very high level compared to the other ladies! Scratch Kerber from your list.

Kerber didn’t play great today (probably because she was very tired. She was basically pushing the ball instead of hitting with big power.) but she won Sydney Intl. finals because Barty played very poorly with tons of unforced errors. My above 2 HOT FAV ladies (Svitolina & Goerges) would have beaten Kerber today!

      • I like Julia Georges and she is a good player but she won’t win Australian Open.

Karolina Pliskova is no longer my #1 in WTA, I will pick a new number 1 later 😋😂.

    • Roger you are funny 😂, why do you think people who picked Juan Martin Del Potro were blind in their prediction?

Sometimes good player’s lose when they should win, Delpo had all the advantage but congrats to R. Bautista, I am happy 4 him.

      • Stan, thanks that you consider me funny like the 1000…’s of people for whom I do the comedy shows and making their day.

For ordinary fans of tennis any player can win or lose. But NOT for Einstein’s of Tennis/Sports like me who go to depths like no one can!lol

NO,NO,NO…that is NOT the case(ANYBODY can win or anybody can lose..nah,nah,nah…) my dear good friend, Stan.

Tennis or sports is basically a SCIENCE. If you go in-depth and analyze the 10’s of details (few of them I pointed above) then you could see that the Sydney finals was very close and the best bet was the OVER (which is the only bet I took and WON) and that either could win!

I am actually so very busy that I am not able to spend 1005 of my time and all the time that each match requires. When I spend the required 100% and go inside the cells of each match like a surgeon I am then able to predict the WINNING BET more than the match winner EVERY TIME! It is real hard work based on pure science. Can’t spend more time on this topic. But I have given away the million dollar secret above! Now run with it now my boy, Stan!Ha,ha,ha…

I experiment with very small amounts on some possible match outcomes(esp. when I can’t spend 100% of the time needed for every match I bet)! I will explain later in detail!

    • Stan, I clearly explained why Medvedev has a great chance to win.

I will explain in more detail for you below my dear friend Stan!

      1) Medvedev is the MORE experienced player.

      2) Medvedev is the more powerful server.

      3) Medvedev is MORE determined & consistent player than Paire or other players the kid ADM has played.

      4) Medvedev is a far stronger, consistent & better player than Ryan harrison who defeated Alex De Minaur (ADM) in the Brisbane Intl. Finals.

      5) Medvedev is the bigger, stronger & taller player with more reach and power.

      6) Medvedev GROWS STRONGER & STRONGER as the match progresses just as you saw in yesterdays Fognini match…

      7) The kid ADM has played 8 matches in the last 2 weeks and he is really tired. But the kid is just pushing on with full support from the Aussie crowd!

      8) NOTE:- The kid ADM has played NO ORDINARY 8 matches BUT 8 top matches against 8 TOP/VERY GOOD opponents. Each of the 8 games have been mentally taxing and tiring for the kid ADM. This tiredness will show up in the 2nd and 3rd sets mostly when Medvededv will take over slowly and win.

Because of the above reasons…I give Medvedev 55 to 60% chances to win today’s finals!

BUTTTTT…I just bet B$$$$$$$$$….G on +1.5 sets MEDVEDEV and over.

Bet a small amount on Medvededv ML win just for fun but it can seriously hit because of my above 8 points.

BOL to all the Medvededv ML bettors & fans of the Russian Bear Medvededv!

  6. Wow! Just Wow! What a match, whoever wins deserves it, I will download this match(D. Medvedev vs Alex De Minaur) later.

    This is real tennis battle.

  7. Medvedev ML W$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$……………NS!

Medvedev is the Sydney International Final, Title, and Champion as described above!

Did anyone else bet on Medvedev?

  8. Roger good call on medvedev, I did not get a chance to post or bet, but if I had, I would have been on medvedev as well. I agreed with all of Roger’s points above.

Any thoughts on the oz open and the draw?

Can anyone see past Roger the GOAT? Delpo in Fed’s side of the draw I think. An argentinain banana skin possibly?

    • Thanks Pistol Pete “The man who fires his brain at the speed of a Pistol!lol”
But that was a close one as the Home crowd was a MAJOR,MAJOR factor making it awfully difficult to predict correctly. If the same match was in Europe or America, paire and Medvededv would have beaten Minaur comfortably. Still all credit to the Minaur kid as he fought gamely being 1-4 down in the 3rd set. That needs a lot of heart & courage inspite of the overwhelming crowd support!

Roger (Roger Me? I am the FAV to beat the bookies big as it is one of my 2018 NEW YEAR GOALS! By the By, wishing you all a belated “HAPPY NEW & PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR, experts!”) is the FAV to win the AO open but he may NOT win it as he is getting old. Any young or experienced gun (or pistol, NO pun intended for pistol pete!lol) if they can take the GOAT into deep waters (into later rds) and are determined to win, can beat the GOAT, like Goffin & JM DelPotro (who both took fed to the deep waters) beat Fed in 2017 (If my memory serves me right)!

The big Argentine Bird (Delpo) is not in full form. He is struggling to find form. Hence, he lost the ASB final to RBA. Could have gone either way.

Delpo’s struggling form coupled with a powerful motivation for RBA in the form of his beautiful wife/Girlfriend in the stands (cheering every point for her lover RBA) made RBA fight so hard and win the ASB, Auckland,NZ Title. Now RBA can give his girlfriend a wonderful expensive vacation in NZ and Australia!lol

Expert friends, NEVER underestimate the POWER OF LOVE. It gives great strength and motivation to fight and win! Dzumhur won couple of titles in 2017 with his girlfriend in the stands! RBA copied Dzumhur’s GIRLFRIEND LOVE trick!lol. I am a big fan of the The big Argentine Bird (Delpo) and usually bet him blindly. But in this case, considering the above 2 points (and a few other minor ones), I did not go DelPo ML! Went with just the simple OVER bet and won.

  9. It will be interesting to see Ricky’s picks to the finals.

I take your point the Roger is getting old! But he is the goat and defies age and all.

I think the young guns are not quite ready to take over. They may prove me wrong.

If I had to go with a young gun, if he is fit! I would go with the unpredictable Kyrios!

The usual suspects such as Dmitrov and Zverev can be considered, Del potro worries with me injuries as does nadal.

So my pick with be boring but I will go with the goat Roger!

    • Pete “lightning fast Pistol” !lol,

Roger (NOT me!lol) the GOAT is not only old, he is injury prone especially after playing a few hard matches or in the later rds.

I will bet or fade Roger depending on the stage of the tournament and the kind of opponents he faces! I will not bet any BIG NAME player blindly just because he is ROGER the GOAT or DEER or CHEETAH etc.(LOL) or DELPO etc. I learnt this “betting lesson” well last year!

        • Stan, then cut down the number of bets else it can lead to loss.

Stan, Ricky & other NBA lovers-

Will the total for the Brooklyn nets vs washington Wizards be UNDER 214.5 or OVER? Both are playing B2B.

Will Sac. Kings keep it close within a 5 to 7 point spread(like their thursday game) with the Clippers today?

          Quick reply will be appreciated.

  10. Stan, Ricky and others are right about picking Atlanta falcons to win.

But I am just taking max. points on Falcons just in case shit(Nick foles up!lol) happens.

What are your other NFL bets for today?

  11. Is Istomin allright? He won 2 matches in Brisbane but retired later against Harrison? Was that serious injury or not taking risk for Grand Slam?

    • I don’t know, if someone has an update to their( N. Djokovic & D. Istomin) fitness they should post it.

You can search for it online there might be some info.
      I will check later.

      • Atlanta Falcons could have won at the very end but Matt Ryan’s pass to Julio Jones was incomplete.

I am so happy 4 Philadelphia Eagles.

        • I was planning on betting big(25% of my total profits from last year in sports) in the 1st round of Australian Open but if I have learnt anything in sports, that would be inconsistency/upsets from the player’s is a norm and the best time to bet big in any tournament especially tennis is not the first round so I will wait patiently.

I believe that the best time to bet big on a Slam/Tennis tournament is from the Round 16 to the semis( R16, Quarterfinals & semifinals).

Betting big in the 3rd round or finals is not bad, in the finals you only have one match so the odds will not be big and you are betting against one of the best in the tournament that is risky if you are going big but small/average or no amount😂 is not bad, just have fun and enjoy the final match.
In the 3rd round there is still some lessons that need to be learnt, so R16, quarterfinals & semifinals is the best time to go Big 💰💰💰 or go home 🏡😭.

          What do you think?
          I wish everyone the best😎.

          • Before we get to the round of 16 of Australian Open, I will be betting an average or small amount but aiming for high/crazy odds just for fun, If one of those bets become successful 😂😂😂, I pity the bookies because it will be big.

          • Hawktard you are a master of self projection so keep it coming Fool, keep it coming.

I say this as someone who truly cares for you, the only answer/solution to your problems is Jesus Christ, He can change your life and wash all your sins away.

I don’t say this with joy in my heart or as an insult but your sad, lonely, reprobatic immoral life can be changed to joy and peace that surpasses all understanding if you make Christ Jesus your Lord and Savior.

Choose peace, choose everlasting joy, do the right thing and I promise you, you won’t regret it.
God will give you His beauty for your ashes, His Righteousness for your unrighteousness, His Joy for your sadness, His Mercy for your sins, eternal life is knocking at the door of your heart, choose life, eternal life, God’s grace can set you free and make you whole.

            • Hawktard this is an honest question, are you a man or a woman?
Some address you as a man, some as a woman, I think you are a man not a real man of course but I will like to know.

            • Ricky’s picks are nice and most are similar to mine, of course if you are betting you can’t bet on all this matches except if you are …🤐

I haven’t finalized my own picks and I am not betting on all my predictions, I will just pick the ones I trust.

For now I disagree with some of Ricky’s picks( that doesn’t mean my picks are the right ones I just won’t bet on this matches) I can’t post all because I have not completed my own research.

              Ricky picked-

Lorenzi over Dzumhur in 4- Lorenzi might win but I can’t bet against D. Dzumhur vs P. Lorenzi, over games might be the best pick, Ricky picked 4 sets that’s not a bad pick this match MIGHT go over 3.5 sets or 3 tight sets.
Damir Dzumhur also defeated Lorenzi last year in straight sets.

Ebden over Isner in 5- Matthew Ebden is Australian so he should be motivated but J. Isner has a 3-0 lead in the H2H and all 3 wins were straight sets, over games is possible, Ricky picked 5 sets so this might go over.

Djere over Karlovic in 4- Again I could be wrong on this pick, Ivo Karlovic is the better player but age might let him down, he turns 39 in February while Djere is 22 yrs old.
Ivo Karlovic loves hard court and he is a good serve and Laslo Djere loves clay, both player’s have won more matches on their favourite court than on other courts.
I think I. Karlovic will win but I am not betting on this match because there are other good matches to pick from.
One more thing I. Karlovic hasn’t played a match in 2018 so he might need some match fitness before you bet on him, Djere has won 1 match and lost 2 in 2018.

Sugita over Sock in 4- Y. Sugita has a 2-0 H2H lead, when did this happen?😂
One of those wins was by retirement in Hopman cup(2018) and the other in the 1st round of Cincinnati(2017).

Everyone knows or should that Jack Sock is the better player here but for some reason he just can’t defeat Yuichi Sugita, that might change here.

              Both player’s have 1 win & 3 loses in 2018.
              J. Sock defeated Karen Khachanov in 3 sets but lost to Y. Sugita( Jack retired in the 2nd set), he also lost to R. Federer and P. Gojowczyk in 2 sets.

              Y. Sugita was the victor vs J. Sock because Jack retired, he lost to R. Federer once and K. Khachanov defeated him twice this year.

I might not bet on this matches because they are other good matches to bet on but if do bet on this matches i won’t bet against some of this players.

If you have a different pick or disagree with this picks please go with yours, you could be right and I wrong, I am not sure I am betting on this matches, this is just my opinion.

There are some good matches in WTA and ATP check them out.

            • Stanley, why does someone’s sex matter on a tennis forum?

This is why you fail. Religion has done you nothing but harm. I feel sorry for you white racist misogynist facist stanley.

            • 😂😂😂!
No I didn’t fail, you failed.
I am not religious Hawktard and true Christianity is not a religion but a relationship with God(Jesus Christ).

I am not white, I am a handsome black man who truly cares about you despite your stupidity, moral depravity etc.

I was asking about your gender because some call you a woman and if you are a woman please let me know because I treat you as a man but just to be clear if you are a man you are not a real man but an obsessive, lonely, whiny SISSY.

Don’t get it twisted I don’t hate you, I truly care.

            • You are as non religious as you are white (or honest for that matter).

How do you treat a man differently from a woman on an Internet forum misogynist stanley? And in real life for that matter. Those are rhetorical questions. Look it up.

            • You are a brainless Moron and a waste of time, I am doing you a favor by responding to your nonsense but you are wasting my time.

There is a difference between a man and a woman and both should be treated with love and respect except if they are a Hawktard 😂😂😂, don’t mind me, I am just having fun😂.

Hawktard i was asking because I wanted to address you properly, this is the last time are you a he or a she?

Plz don’t waste my time, I am busy.

  12. Hawkeye, Why do you have an issue with Stanley?

This is a tennis forum, so personal issues should be aside unless you have something constructive to say!

I am sure other members will echo this!

We are all putting tennis opinions on here! Not opinions on whether we like someone or not!

  13. On the tennis side, am planning to go big on anderson v edmund!

Currently 1.40 on betfair! Any thoughts? Can we say edmund winnint? I can not!

But you never know! Was looking to put a lot on anderson!

Just weighing it up, as I will be asleep when they play! So will not be follwoing live!

Thoughts appreciated! I see Ricky has gone for 5 sets! I would have thought Anderson would win in 3 or 4!

  14. If not why(Tsonga Win)? Just because of higher ranking & greater skill(which is rusted currently)?

Many top seeds are struggling to win as they are rusted with little practice in off season.

  15. Agree with all of Ricky’s Tuesday R1 picks except:
    Wawrinka over Berankis in 5
    Agut over Verdasco in 5
    Bennetau over Daniel in 5
    Medvedev over kokkinasis in 5

    Agree with Wednesday except
    Ebden over Dolgopolov in 5

in the same Rolex Cellini Replica style as the team replica watches. I find the engraving far more satisfying, but would have liked to see a bit more depth to it. There is a little more branding on the PRC200. Firstly, Burberry handbags the 6 oclock sub-dial sports a basketball image in grey. Additionally, the pushers are edged with red (top) and blue (bottom), Breitling Replica Watches UK which is, to me, the coolest thing.
